The only thing i deduct marks for is that the liner lock is on the 'wrong' side from conventional folding knives. It locks in tight when open and a gentle nudge of the centre ‘hinge’ has it safely tucked back away.

Also works on other foods including but not limited to bacon sausage egg potato in all forms and i even cut water with it once
