This is where i was most impressed with the knife. Purchase yellow color knife & love it. Nice pairing knife.

Sharp, light, good color, high quality stainless steel. Comes razor sharp.

My goto for produce and proteins alike. Easy to use, slices through the toughest stuff. Great for slicing tomatoes and cutting veggies.

I got rid of all my old paring knives, this one beats them all. Super handy in the kitchen. Very sharp paring knife.
