I use this knife to fillet large fish like salmon and striped bass. The curved blade helps you slice, the rosewood handle keeps you from slipping. For the cost of a simple sheath there's no reason why it's not included.

I did us a 2 day shipping though.
Shipping was higher than it should be (always hard when i pay more shipping then the product itself).

Been using these knives for years, it is a awsome boning knife.
I have a ton of custom kitchen knives that cost a fair amount.

That was until the health inspector told us we couldnt use it because of the wood handle

Where i live they dont allow wood handle knives in kitchens and meat processing places they can harbor bacteria
