Pros & Cons
Pros
Great compact knife. Great price for a great little knife. Best pairing knives in the world love them. Fantastic quality, great grip.
Second victorinox paring knife. Great for slicing and peeling fruits and veggies. Eats into anything and carves intricately quickly. This one slices thru tomatoes and chicken easily.
They are easy to sharpen but maintain sharpness a long time. I had a previous one that i have used for over 10 years and had done a little sharpening of it but for the price, it is just as easy to order a new one.

Sharp and easy to maneuver for delicate or accurate work.
The handle provides a non slip grip & great control for the very sharp blade.
I have two of then along with a straight 4" edge and a filet knife all from this company.
This knife looks very thin and small and cheap.

Great price for a great little knife.
Reasonably priced, so i feel comfortable taking it on picnics and out of the kitchen.
For the price they are a great value.
They are inexpensive and last a long time.
