Victorio strainer produces a higher percent of juice from tomatoes than my previous method using a hand crank food mill. The savings in time and effort to produce tomato sauces and salsa is amazing. Can't wait to try the berry screen for seedless jam.... Read More

The electric motor saves you cranking the machine. Plus the no rust guarantee is wonderful. We used it to run cooked apples thru to make homemade apple butter at our community center.

Was much happier with my 200 series strainer. Falsely advertised to contain 4 extra screens for berries etc.
