Pros & Cons
Pros
Firmware updates are automatic via your cellphone and the victronconnect app. A lot of functionality built into one unit without the headache of extra parts. It deserves everything you pay for it.
The built in bluetooth requires an app called victron connect(i have an android nokia smartphone) the app was downloaded and installed without issue. The victron app says that this is necessary on android due to the os requirements (and that they don'... Read More
Renogy scc converts excess voltage to the appropriate voltage (12 or 24 volts) and current (amps) to charge your batteries. The extra panels are very helpful in shade or cloudy days(or both) the charge controller allows me to squeeze out all the watta... Read More
It’s like a honey badger. I never cease to be amazed at how well engineered and supported they are. I love how sturdy the unit is.
Cons
You need a special usb cable if you plan to use the app in a laptop running windows, unfortunately the bluetooth connection doesn't work for that they say on the victron forums that they are working on it. Electrical engineers de-rate this voltage by ... Read More

Highlights
Quality
Fully customizable, built in bluetooth, solid build quality.
- robustly made, feels hefty to the hand.
I have had it now for a couple weeks and keep trying to add more to this shed as i cannot even use all the power this little provides.
Two models with higher capacity failed under one month.
Price
It offers a huge amount of value for money, and i strongly recommend it.
One of them was twice the cost of this one.
Completely my fault so i ordered a new one and wired it correctly but now i'm out 70 bucks because of my dumb mistake.
Got it since it had bluetooth at this price.
Shipping
This mppt solar controller arrived as promised and was installed in my rv without any issues.
Packaging/appearance
Given the various markings on the package, it clearly wasn't a brand new unit from victron.
With this unit, the package had some odd stickers and notations on it (see photo) but i assumed it was okay and held onto it.
Competitiveness
I've enjoyed this controller (75v/15amps) since april of this year and i've enjoyed using other victron mppt controllers going ... Read More
Victron says they can't possibly know the specs for your brand battery, so don't have a flooded lead acid type in the drop down.

They are not that much more expensive then other brands and you get a significantly better product.

I disconnected the solar panel entirely connected a volt meter to the controllers solar panel connections and its still showing 24
