Other than the slight roughness of the metal at the ends (no effect on the functionality), i have had no problems with this product.
We've ordered 8 of these over a couple of orders and all have come with the drive mounting screws.
The new drives fit perfectly and the caddy worked as expected with the server.
I was surprised that the rails on these were metal (good thing) and the ones that came with the original dell server were plastic.
Price
Hard drive worked perfectly in my dell poweredge r610 server and the price was perfect.
At this price don't think twice and buy them.
