Although av setup for the conference was provided by a hired firm when i produced my macbook pro for the presentation they immediately asked if i had a vga adaptor to connect to their digital projector

But their projector was a massive commercialgrade unit with no hdmi port

So now i keep one in my bag as well so when i am traveling i know i will have an adapter that works anywhere

I needed a converter that gave me options as i was going to be presenting at a conference and had no idea what type of cable was going to be made available to me
