Hdmi and vga worked once with galaxy book s duplicated the screen only as described though brightness on vga screen was lower than usual

None of the 3 devices i have that have a usbc were able to get the vga to work by itself which is why i bought this dongle if anyone has a solution would be appreciated

Device has great compatibility which worked fine with my samsung galaxy tab s4 and my honor view 10 mobile but didnt work with my asus rog gl552vw laptop and that was the main purpose to buy this device
