This is the only usbc to vga adapter that has worked on my my microsoft surface book

All the usb c ports ive used them in fit perfectly and snug so im not sure what the problem is with other reviewers saying they fit loosely

The only thing we found out is that when you just connect it to a monitor the computer audio switched and tried to use the adapter as audio output so we couldnt hear the audio

We had to go into the sound settings and switched back the audio output to use the computer speakers
