It is not as good as one i tried at five times the price but you would expect that and to be honest there is not a huge difference in quality

At anything like maximum resolution its very difficult to keep the view still enough to make out detail

The magnification level is decent but id argue that its nowhere near 18x chromatic aberration is very noticeable towards the edges of the field of view but again these arent high quality optics so thats to be expected

For bird spotting you should look elsewhere and be prepared to spend some serious money
