Pros

This is an interesting style, as water drains under the cap. I prefer this to a flush drain, as it gives the illusion of the water disappearing. Head of the faucet easily goes back into place after being used as a shower nozzle.

Exactly as advertised. High quality item, super well packaged and not prone to pesky water stains.

The brused stainless steel finish is beautiful, it works great. Easy to install even for a novice. Good instructions and all the parts needed.

Comes with some extra gaskets for different style mounting/flanges etc. Comes with ss support to hold vessel sink so no silicone caulk is needed.

Some people complain that the name vigo is on them, however it is not bad at all, if fact, i kind of like it. I am very picky when it comes to design.

Cons

I have to cannibalize another pop-up design to a gasket that would seal properly. Do not purchase at least the brushed nickel.

I had trouble with the install through.

Needed a replacement for the faulty guest bathroom strainer that came with the sink.

Push down, to seal off the drain and fill the vessel.

Then needed to clean up the water stains on the vessel itself.

This drain assy made the vessel sink look so nice.

Even the box, with foam cut to shape packaging, was high quality similar to the experience opening a box to a new iphone or ipad.

Was installed with a single level faucet for a vessel sink.

Was concerned about ability to drain without an overflow vent in the sink.

The qualit was disappointing plus they didn't sell the vessel mounting ring.
