Pros

The kitchen faucet is fantastic, looks great, performs effortlessly. It's definitely not bad but was noticeably lighter. Very well built and sturdy/heavy.

It garners compliments from all guests. Tech support is good once you get to right person.

Cons

We deal with warranty parts through our company often and this is one of the only companies that we have ever had refuse to send warranty parts. However it is poorly engineered. Such a disappointment.

It's a shame because the beauty and quality of the unit are over the top. If we need to spend this much time making this faucet usable i certainly wish i had chosen another brand. Very disappointed with the functionality for this customer.

Water pressure on the sprayer is very low. The faucet routinely sprays our kitchen when the hose disconnects from the stem. The pot filler is now always on and when you use the sprayers it turns off.

The hose keeps falling into the sink from the main hose connector that threads through the coil. Had to cut off the 1' of the hose and put a clamp on.

The spray button on the second has begun to have extreme sensitivity as well. I agree it might have been just a defective item, but the company didn't stand behind their product the way i would expect them to.

I was actually very pleasantly surprised by the quality and heavy-duty feel of this kitchen faucet.

I would highly recommend this to any one wanting a high quality very industrial built with the sleekness for a home kitchen.

They claimed to have never seen this problem before and made me patiently wait while they "worked with the factory in china".

I will caution you to be careful with the teflon tape: do not have it overlap the threads on the end of the connections.

Packaging/appearance

The packaging was very high end and instructions were easy to follow.

So the first one i got, something was very wrong and when using the sprayer water would continue to trickle out of the pot filler.

So when you turn on the main handle, it comes out the pot filler.

I also had water flow a lot lower than the rated 1.
