Pros

I'm almost 5'5, 145 pounds with a bit of a pooch at the tummy. I love how it fits with the elastic band right at the hip. Very comfortable and flattering.

Cons

It fits way smaller than what is indicated. The shipping speed was not good. Too tight on hips.

Love the blouse, have some colors, however the extra small size no longer seems to be available.
