Works very well with cella and pre de pronce#63. Cost effective, finely crafted and really nice looking.

It's firm where it needs to be, soft enough not be a nuisance and holds the lather very well. Feels very sturdy from top to bottom but it dries beautifully.

While the tips are quite soft, the bristle is not pliable enough to truly gather soap. The only way to get lather on my face is to paint it on. The knot is very dense and will not release the lather.

Even though this is not badger hair i get much more shaving foam from the this brush with the shaving cream i am using.

I shopped around before buying this one and found that others of lesser quality were selling for way more.

And the price ain't bad compared to a real badger brush, not to mention a true silvertip!

Bristles stay on brush rather than sloughing off into the sink.
