If youre purchasing this bike and are going to attempt to put it together yourself however you might want to make sure you have someone who is mechanically inclined look at everything to make sure its lined up properly before you ride

Also something i didnt know until i got the bike was that the valve stems on tires are presta valves and not the schrader valves im used to which was another modification i made to the bike

All in all a good bicycle for the money with a few modifications and tlc and not the nightmare stories i read in the reviews on amazon

I assembled the bike myself with the help of some youtube videos that are fairly easy to find when you search the item name on google and didnt have too many issues with assembly

The shifters take some adjusting to make sure they cleanly get to each gear and stay there this was what dominated most of my time once i got the bike on the road

After a couple of spills my own fault i did end up bending the handbreak a little but it still works fine if you are concerned i think there is a similar model with more advanced breaks that have built in shifters
