Pros

Easy to assemble, looks great and rides great. Comes with a 3 sides allen bike wrench to make things easy. Easy to shift and brake.

It's so much smoother now and i wish i did it on day one. Sure beats the daylights out of my old 40 pound schwinn. I live in dove mountain area of tucson and there’s nothing flat.

Cons

Hard to assemble front disk without proper drivers. Losing some functions of the highest gears. Not worth the headache or change of drivetrain.

Packaging/appearance

The chains come pre oiled/greased but i recommend buying chain oil and giving it a good coating.

Competitiveness

This bike is as good if not better than more brand name high end bikes for less than half the price.

And lighter than previous bikes i've owned.
