Purchased for $449. Only $16 at *'s sporting goods, or amazon, but a slight inconvenience. I would definitely recommend it and the seller.

It has all the little bells and whistles as any other road bike.
It's light and is easy to peddle. Seat is comfortable, i ride with no additional seat padding, just the chamois. Fast and very light.
Vilano has an excellent video on assembling the shadow. They’re simple and intuitive to use. Once out together, rode like a champ!
Cons
The rear wheel has a complete death wobble. Very cheep, don’t waist your time and money.

This bike came in great shape and was easy to assemble.
Smooth riding and easy gear shifting, this might be my favorite bike ever!
The pedals done fit properly so i may have to get a new crank set or new pedals.
Afterwards, the only thing that needed to be done was setting the derailleur to where the shifts would be dialed in.

Note: you'll need to purchase a spoke key for $8 to true the wheels.
You also should purchase a better saddle - the one we got was $19 and works well.
Packaging/appearance
It took me about 20minutes to put the bike together with the tools provided in the box plus one extra wrench and ratchet in my tool box.

After doing some looking around, i can now say that in comparison to other name brand road bikes.

There are a few things i disliked although its my mistake for not understanding that roadbikes have drop handlebars

So i had to change the shaft attached to the handle to make it a bit higher
