Other than that it is a really nice bike and a really good price.

Shipping

The ship was only 4 days, arrived in excellent conditions.

Fast service fast shipping and great customer service.

The rear axle appeared to be slightly bent, probably due to shipping.

Frame had a scratch on it from shipping, but not a big deal.

Packaging/appearance

Needs a lot of fine tynning right out of the box.

I used this bike to compete in a sprint triathlon and had no concerns that it would fail on me during the race.
