Quality
I've crashed a few times and the brake hoods have held up, nothing has fallen apart.
I've notably replaced the tire with wider 32mm gatorskins, improved the feel of the ride.
The front tire came with a tube that was pinched and deflated about 3 minutes after i started the first ride.
It either rubs or doesn't provide acceptable braking.
Price
This is a great bike for the price.
Purchased as a budgeted way of getting into bike commuting, has held up over the past month or so.

I contacted the seller and they promptly responded.

The box arrived with a bit of damage, but nothing happened to the bicycle itself.

Everything was intact and damage free except for 2 cables that did not have ends and are a bit frayed

The other issue is the front tubecore was slightly bent
