The fact that the power strip is clamped to the desk makes all my plugging and unplugging doable with one hand, too. It helps a lot with cable management and keeping things tidy and organized. Keeps cable off the floor.

This surge protector has many outlets. One has 6 outlets and the other has 4 outlets plus usb connectors for charging devices. This multiple outlet is easy to use.

Upper section is more tailored to be used as needed.

Hasn't effects anything but if i decide to pack it up may have to be carefuk to not strip it more or bear the wire.
