Pros
The power strip size is slender, so it’s much easier to conceal if you don’t want it visible. The sticky back sticks very well under a table. Comes with both adhesive and screw mount options.
This solves all your problems. Second best part is the versatility. The only downside is that it is not a power strip that you can turn on/off.
It is built very ruggedly and feels professional. Such a solid pickup.
I have a relatively inexpensive desk and don't think the screws would do well in the pressboard so opted for the adhesive route. Mounting to a desk is pretty easy with the included screws and bracket.
This is a great item to have for different situations where moisture may be an issue. It's useful for outdoors when rain might be expected (or not expected), or in damp conditions indoors such as the bathroom.
Cons
One piece needs a t design that slides into an inverted u channel. The attachment components are useless.

Adhesive strips that come with the unit make no sense as they aren't the same size as the mount (not as wide but deeper than the mount).

This is a socalled waterproof power strip which is handy to have around indoors and outdoors

Its supposed to be able to withstand splashes of water but this is a feature i am not comfortable testing out
