Live chat with support, i uploaded a video of the sound and the engineers determined it was a faulty mic.
Other that the quality of the video , it's a great buy.

Plus you can freak people out n talk out of nowhere and that's worth $19.
I even bought another one because for under $15 a month it records everything moving and saves it for you.
