Pros

The flavor is great! Not chalky or gritty and hasn’t any aftertaste. It tastes as advertised. This packs a lot flavor and a lot of protein.

Great for workout enhancements or restoration. Rotating between whey and plant-based is also a good idea to prevent any intolerances.

It comes with a scoop. One scoop mixes with 8-10 oz of your preferred beverage. I blend this in a shaker cup with a blender ball and it mixes completely in about 20 seconds. I mix mine in a blender and the texture is super smooth.
