It is also good for cooking unlike whey. The vintage braun is awesome.
This product is tasty! The flavor is truly delicious and the ingredients are top notch!
Mixes well, no clumps and junk. It blends well (i use a ninja blender, and my drinks are silky smooth)3. Complements other flavorful ingredients but hard to get down on its own.
Bottom line this has everything you want & nothing you don’t. Don't worry about artificial ingredients, work on your results.
Cons
The flavor is very bland and not sweet at all. Gritty and tastes fake. I should have known it would be a candy banana flavor.

Also related when looking at reviews for this product on amazon and also this brands preworkout i saw some that said that it wasnt good and the only reason that it had so many good reviews was because old school labs promised you a free shaker bottle if you gave it 5 stars

With each product you can get a free shaker bottle or other things but it is not for leaving a 5 star review they ask for your honest feedback that is directly through their website and is not publicly displayed
