Pros
Been using this for awhile now. It makes it tolerable.
Verdict is still out how well this works for building muscle. dec. Very pleased with the result and will definitely be buying more.
Cons
No sign of berry except for the deceiving color after mixed. The flavor is terrible and grainy. The taste is absolutely horrid.
The expiration date on the product is 05/09/2019. The product may or may not be great, it's the fact that it’s marketed so much. Complete waste of money.
The only way i can drink this stuff is with mio or sugar. Avoid lemon lime like the plague. Stick to creatine powder/pills and avoid this stuff.
Not this one. Unfortunately didn't work for me. Had to force it all down and haven't used it again since the initial time of using it.
