Pros

Have been a fan for years of these sandals for home/outdoor use. Love they have different colors. My fav are blue and brown. They are not particularly feminine, but they are comfortable. Weight is not even noticeable when you wear them.

Vionics sandals are great for those with plantar fasciitis. I wear sandals almost year around, but a few years ago i started suffering from planters f asciitis and my doctor recommended vionics.

Cons

I rave about these otherwise but this was a bad experience that left me out $75. Buyer these are not sold through amazon, so not an easy return process. I also believe that they are over-priced.

All they have to do is look at the reviews (complaints) on their own website and learn how everyone has this same complaint. Some reps work from home so there is no standards or oversight to their customer service dept.
