Pros

These are great because they are totally adjustable with the hook and loop straps for both straps. They also velcro so you can adjust them as needed. Both straps are adjustable.

Cons

They are very stiff and inflexible. The sandals look like platters. They're so hard, with no cushion at all.

The top strap scrapes the ground. You have to adjust the straps to where some of the velcro is showing. If i leave them too lose, my foot slides forward.

The sole is so stiff, and the arch support so high, there is no way to comfortably overcome the position it forces your foot into. The straps are adjustable but not very comfortable. The design does not relieve any of the pressure on your heel.
