They do adjust but with the amount i had to pull the strap over the top of my foot, they were still somewhat loose.

I think that with a different design for the adjusting strap these would almost work for narrow feet.

You can feel the arch support much like vionic’s flip flops

These are wide on my foot and as they are slip ons they can be sloppy to walk in which is not good for ones foot structure long term

In addition when you have pulled the strap as tightly as possible you run out of velcro to which you must attach it these are only attached the narrowest end strip of the velcro and the strap now extends past and flopping over the side of the foot
