Pros

Vionic has improved my posture. Can wear all day without fatiguing my feet, legs, or knees. This makes me step correctly and my knee pain is virtually gone.

These are very similar to their casandra flip flops, which i love. My granddaughter and i swear by these shoes.

The only complaint i have is that they run a bit wide. I wish there was a narrower option, or an option that is adjustable for the uppers.

Cons

The strap that goes on the top of the foot is way too loose, resulting in having to scrunch your toes the whole time while walking. Why is the sizing changing for the same exact shoe? These are much wider and won’t stay on your feet. They flop around ... Read More

The new smaller arch is less supportive. The new has almost no cushion or give. I keep trying every year in the vain hope that they might increase the arch again, but it never works.
