Item was recieved with box in brand new condition. Width and toe box fit. My podiatrist sells this brand in their office for a much higher price.

No breaking in necessary, they are perfectly comfortable every where after 3 hours walking around home.

Very comfortable shoes for business or casual wear.

With some walking, the heel was a bit loose due to the extra length of the shoe.

I don't know if they make a noise with the original insoles, though my orthotics do not squeak in other shoes.

I was leary of ordering these but later researched and discovered that these are a great value.

It also arrived 1 week earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.
