They work very well. Seems like they could make the clip just a little larger. The release is relatively easy to use, but the tab could be just a bit longer. I would highly recommend them.

When the seeds are just sprouting i need to have the grow lights closer to the plants. My plants love them. Makes my small grow space much more manageable. Being able to quickly raise and lower it makes accessing the seedings so much easier.
