Very bright so use correct led eye protection or suffer with eye strain headaches normal sun glasses just wont cut it

You will still need fans when using these as despite what some people may say all led panels generate heat and will burnscorch plants if they get too close

If you look at mars hydro they will advertise their product with comparisment alongside viparspectra panel name on panel is blurred but you can tell and they tell you is not ec not safe bla bla that the hangers are poor and will rust and come off
