Great for vegetable starter plants 25 percent when they first break then slowly increase as they mature no real heat increase at 12 inches from plants even at 75 percent will see if they have the output for flowering

The only thing that was disappointing that i didn’t see until i was in bloom and i flicked the switch to bloom that a couple of the led diodes were dead

Updatei have 3 of these viparspectra 450s at 200 actual watts in a 4x4 tent with a couple smaller side lights
