Pros
The leather is thick and durable. The stitching is clean and precise. The holster is stiff, but it is leather and does soften up. High quality leather, very sturdy.
The zebra telescoping pen (available on amazon) is a perfect match. Fits my zebra pen x-701 tactical ballpoint pen, nicron n9 light, and my leatherman surge. It's secure, but the pen will hook on everything.
The harbor freight $6 flashlight fits perfect in the flashlight holder. The multitool pocket holds my rebar nicely.
Cons
Leather is paper thin. It is so flimsy that it folded up on my belt in less than an hour. Not as large as picture depicts. Multi tool slips out.

Be mindful this is leather and well made but you must be cautious of the weather and only wear this on a day that isn't raining .
I finally tore the belt loop after two years of hanging a drill strap on the flashlight head everyday at work .
