The l are a bit tight especially for extended wear but the xl fit fine. Great padding. Grandson uses them to play ninja.

Oh and as others have noted the knuckle guards dont protect very well when your fist is closed

Some reviews have mentioned that theyre to hard to take off but if you loosen the small tab on the top and pull the little cinch at the bottom of each glove they come off without an issue
