Randal deserves extra appreciation for the diligence in follow up to ensure my purchase was top notch. The customer service is above and beyond!
My new ssd is enroute now. It is honestly an amazing computer. I will be recommending this to my friends.
It’s fast and quiet and gorgeous! This thing is pretty sweet. The only thing i find a little annoying is that the lights are controlled with a button on top of the case.
Cons
The 120mm radiator is unnecessary and inflates the cost. We don't want to use dpi because we are hooking up to our tv and not a monitor. The cs team is very friendly and nice but that isn't helpful when the pc just doesn't work.

Quality
Terrific, well-built pc with plenty of room to expand.
Great pc, it moves fast and the rgb lights fit with my theme.
The unit i purchased operated for a very short period of time before developing some sort of motherboard problem preventing boot up.
Windows key didn't work, again i contacted support and they had a new key to me in less than 10 minutes.

This cpu is well worth the price.
They are lean and hungry and doing good work to get inexpensive but capable pcs into gamer's hands.
Update on my update: just get a bluetooth usb for $10 on amazon, i guess.

The customer service was great and got quick response.
Customer service was able to get my product key promptly.
As for support, they tagged as shipped on amazon, and then it didn't ship for like 3 weeks after.
Upon receiving the product it arrived defective.

Would i buy this again, definitely, and i am looking forward to my next from viprtech.
I researched this item for weeks and you will not find a better gaming pc for the money.
Like a lot of other customers, i did need to contact viprtech for the windows 11 activation key.
I recommend that you buy items from viprtech, they are the best.

I had to call due to an operator error my fault and not the computer and got an answering machine it was after hours in all fairness but a live person called me back the next day

It only has one usable hdmi port

The button is right next to another button that just stops the computer dead and restarts it and the labels are hard to see
