If using an ear cleanser and pets ears still seem dirty smelly or problematic ask your vet for any frequency of use changes and to actually show you how to use and clean out ears

Through the years oreo is 11 now the only time he has gotten an ear infection was when i forgot to clean his ears or when the ear cleaner expired and i didnt notice

If this doesnt work for you i would use vinegarwater mix or k9 ear wash to wash the ear
