Pros

Sleeping on the air mattress is probably more comfortable than my regular pillow top mattress. It feels wonderful and definitely relieved some of my morning joint pain. This pad has straps that prevent that. Foam pad in attractive fabric case.

Its soft enough, but has good support, cradling my body. It has just the right combination of of softness and support. It seems to be firmer than what we had before.

Cons

This topper is worse than my old one, but now i have to ditch this one and go back to the old one. Regardless, it’s unacceptable. Disappointment is mild in expressing my emotion about this purchase.

The mattress is hard and you do not sink into it at all to relieve any pressure points. After a week you sink way down and the topper stays that way even after getting off of it. Now it has divots from the pressure points of our bodies where we sleep.... Read More

This mattress pad was permanently flattened and wouldn’t regain its shape after only a few usages. They are supposed to be bamboo cooling infused, they are not. Did not help to soften my firm mattress, it is so soft and offers no support.

Customer says to donate it to goodwill or salvation army and give proof with a receipt and they’ll refund. In the end, i'll chalk it up to, it's time to stop shopping on amazon.
