This is fantastic. Due to my back and right leg/hip nerve damage the search for pain free or just comfortable sleep never stops. Cover appears to be good quality but i have not washed it yet, sewing on the zipper is good.
If you like a denser topper that is a little bit firmer, this is the one you want. It seems to be firmer than what we had before. The straps do a great job holding it down to the mattress.
Cons
Three straps have already been ripped off this bed. It sleeps very hot and has divots from the pressure points of our bodies where we sleep. It also slides down your dorm bed.
She says they’re happy to refund it if i send it back… explain again i can’t. She says to donate it to goodwill or salvation army and give proof with a receipt and they'll refund.
In the end, i'll chalk it up to, it's time to stop shopping on amazon. Disappointment is mild in expressing my emotion about this purchase. Seems poorly made and not worth what they’re charging for it.

Delivery was quick, there was no odor, and the quality is much better than all the others.

Competitiveness
We have a linenspa on our guest room bed that's super comfy.
Super comfortable and doesn't get hot like a similar tempur-pedic topper i bought and returned to costco.
I had a zinus gel memory foam topper for a few years, but it was to soft and unsupportive, such that it hardly had any effect.
We bought a linenspa for our master and it didn't work out for some reason even though the base mattress was the same.
