This is a great product which i pared with a 20lb weighted blanket. I am an overweight person with back pain issues that started transitioning to chronic problem.

I sleep on my stomach and this has been a blessing so far. Not only less pain and stiffness, but longer and better quality sleep. Gives me a wonderful night's sleep.

Cons

I am 69 yrs old they need to make it easier to return these memory foam mattress toppers. It is dense that is the best part but it is to soft it hurt my lower back alot. It's heavy, which makes it hard to move from the closet onto the sofa sleeper.
