Highly recommend this mattress topper. After a week in the shed and one night of using it the smell is completely gone. The alt down topper is definitely great quality and made this purchase worth every penny.
I am 240lbs and a side sleeper and it gives me the cushion i need. I sink in a bit, but it's not too soft.
Makes our bed much more comfortable and snuggly. Was easy to put on the bed. Makes the bed a little taller, but doable. As soon as i crawl into bed, i smile, bcz it feels like it is hugging me!
Cons
This product is faulty. The separate down-alternative piece is just a cheap mattress pad. Not satisfied at all. Company gave false and misleading answer.

I received my mattress pad on saturday and for the first time in years had the best night sleep ever!
The topper was delivered several days before the estimated delivery date - woohoo!
It arrived a day earlier than expected, too.
Packaging/appearance
This mattress topper came well packaged and was easy to put on.
After opening the big box we let the foam breeze for 24 hrs.
It arrived in a pretty large box, but it wasn’t too heavy to move up stairs, it was pretty easy to unpack and lay out on the bed.
Competitiveness
I've used other mattress toppers in the past but this is by far the best one.
I settled on viscosoft which is only 3 inches thick with a pillow-top cover.
Not as expensive as one “name brand” but just as good!
