Pros
This 3”mattress topper is a definite game changer. I expect that we will sleep even better with a topper that actually fits our mattress.
Memory foam pillow reduces pressure points and sleeps cool. You sink in it a little, but it's more of a nice comfortable cradle feel than a sinking feeling.
Cons
The queen topper is very heavy and is supposed to be secured to the mattress with four corner straps that are rather flimsy. The 'no slip' cover and straps are useless as it scoots around on the mattress.
This is misrepresented and seems like a scam to me. Seems like unethical advertising. Unfortunately the mattress topper has some flaws i give it 2.

Price
Definitely worth every dime at the price point of $170.
With all that said, for the price, so far, i'm impressed!
We paid $8,400 for a split king.
I debated between a $100 topper and this one which was $200.
Shipping
Quick delivery and was expanded in four hours.
They responded quickly to my questions and we’re extremely helpful and professional.
I was really impressed to received the delivery just one day after i ordered it.
I got my refund quickly and the process was just so easy.
Packaging/appearance
The topper did come tightly compressed in a box, and it had a slight smell after opening it.
Then i found this one that came in its own removeable cover and decided to check it out.
Competitiveness
I have tried several different mattress toppers and this one is by far much better.
So, i was about to spend double on a different brand and looked at the reviews and decided to try this one.
I have no other memory foam or hybrid to compare this to so i really cannot say how it compares.

This pad will not solve the problem of a sagging mattress however if you are sleeping on a mattress that you find too firm it will provide added soft comfort to your bed

We have a split queen adjustable bed that is no longer obtainablesplit queen beds are no longer sold consequently neither are mattresses nor toppers
