The rifle in the bag fits exactly. It fits my henry h001 carbine with a barska plinker scope on it. My ruger pc9 carbine fits perfectly in this case.

Excellent and inexpensive with out being cheap. Much nicer than expected for the money. Overall, it's nice for the price.

With the padding it is bout 35 3/4 inside length.

Top quality fit my stoger 20 ga coach gun just right
Just big enough to easily zip back up with the firearm in it.
Each rifle is almost even with the padding on both ends so there is little to no protection of the muzzle from a substantial impact.

Large side pouch has 3 inner velco strap to secure small item.
It's a well built, quality case and fits a marlin camp carbine and a usgi m1 carbine, but just barely.
I used small caribiner clips to solve that problem.
