Pros

Compared to our old blender - which was pretty high quality - it’s significantly quieter. The bonus is the quietness of the unit. Easy cleaning takes a few minutes, but is not bad.

There are 6 presets that can be reprogrammed to run any of the 35 programs on the machine. There are preprogrammed blender * for different times and speeds.

It's a little insane for home but it cost me about the same as a home version for sale at costco. Amazon has great vitamin blenders for under $400 and they work well but are noisier. Would highly recommend this to anyone considering purchasing this vi... Read More

Cons

No ice or other difficult to blend foods. The container, on the other side looks well, however, the container jumps and does not stay on all the time.

Really disappointed after spending over a thousand bucks and then some for the nut repair and tools. No big deal. It's money down the drain that you'll never get back.

There should be a class action lawsuit against this blender and against vitamix.
