You do and should get some of this from your regular diet - many fruits and veggies, whole grains, and especially nuts and seeds.

I agree with some of the reviews that say the pills are very large and hard to swallow.

Price

This is the cheapest source of phytosterols available on amazon, in terms of $/mg, by a large margin.

So of course as usual amazon had it by itself and the price was very reasonable.

Shipping

Product came on time, well-packaged, and both men trying it liked it and plan to continue taking it.

Including the fact that you have to pay for shipping.
