The b complex provides much energy to sustain busy, action packed days.
Cons
Sever gi distress. Too late to complain for a refund. Sending back. I’m disgusted and will be looking elsewhere.
Normally these pills are a bright yellow/orange, this batch is blackish brown with a terrible smell. Never noticed until today the discolored capsules. Some capsules are even half empty!
The product is so bad it is turning rancid and smells so putrid that it makes my eyes water when i open the bottle. I did not know that b3, niacin, causes your body to become resistant to insulin.
The smell is horrific & now my whole bedroom smells like the vitamin. On the left is the rancid horrible stinky product.
