These are chewable - my regular ones dissolve.

I’m allergic to the man made version of vitamin b-12 that is literally in anything with fortified vitamins.

Price

The value for the money is most impressive because you get 365 tablets per bottle vs 30 tablets per a doctors monthly prescription.

Love them will be buying again great price.

Competitiveness

The flavor is much better than the doctor prescribed b12 i was taking.

These are less potent than my current brand but still provide an excess of what one is supposed to truly 'need'.

Overall, a good choice for a b12 supplement, but a b-complex vitamin supplement would be a better choice, in general.
