They’re small and easy chewables that i personally used for mood regulation in addition to magnesium, zinc, and d3.
This is much better than swallowing a pill as supplements usually are quite large.
We finished our first bottle recently, here are our remarks:- the sugar content is not welcome.
I wasn’t expecting them to work as well as they did and began to feel a lot better overall after consistent use!
Price
Pretty basic here - a great price on a solid dose of b vitamin that doesn't taste weird or gross or get totally stuck in your teeth.
They are a good value and easy to take.

Theyre not as potent as taking a super b complex but they do provide the benefits of a b6
