This is a good set that is going to last you a long time at 1 pill a day i would buy it again.

On my three month recheck my vitamin d had went up to normal and i had to stop this one as it is dangerous to get too much vitamin d.

Bonus is they smell nice and are pretty small (easy to swallow).
